Outside of our Delivery Artisan service area, our box shipping service is the easiest way to receive premium firewood. Orders typically ship within one business day from our warehouse in Peachtree Corners, GA. Boxes of Firewood, Cooking Wood, and Pizza Cut always ship complimentary via UPS Ground, and most orders arrive within 7 business days. You can refer to the UPS U.S. Ground Map (from ZIP code 30071) for estimated transit times to the 48 contiguous states.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping may be available at an added cost — just reach out to our customer service team to get a quote. While we’ll do our part quickly, exact delivery dates depend on UPS once your order leaves our hands.

If a box of firewood isn’t enough to fuel your fire passion, consider upgrading to one of our full racks. Each rack holds enough wood for 15–20 fires and makes a beautiful display around your home. We ship firewood via third-party freight in a wooden rack measuring 24" x 52" x 16". Metal racks are available as an upgrade for freight shipments for an additional fee.

Please note: freight orders are delivered curbside via lift gate. Freight carriers often use large 18-wheelers and cannot guarantee access to driveways, garages, backyards, etc. When the shipment arrives to the destination terminal, the freight carrier will reach out by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. If you have any restrictions on the timing of delivery or need to delay shipment, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid potential storage fees from the freight carrier.

Shipping fees are based on order size, and you can save on freight costs by ordering multiple racks or choosing our Ultimate Package, which includes complimentary shipping.
