Anthony and his team will join us for a fun afternoon to share his secrets to smoking the best BBQ in town. Learn how to wow your friends and family with these BBQ classics:
- Pork Butt
Not only will you get to watch the master at work, but there will also be opportunities to participate in both the preparation of the meat and the cutting of it. We will eat everything that gets prepared throughout the day, so bring your appetites! In addition to the meat, some BBQ side staples like Cole Slaw and Baked Beans will be available as well.
And of course, he’ll be cooking with premium wood chunks from Cutting Edge Firewood. You’ll get a chance to taste the difference – the best food deserves the best flavor!
You won’t walk away empty-handed either. Guests will get to take home any leftover BBQ, and Anthony will provide gift bags to all attendees that include samples of the sauces and rubs used during the lesson.
